Kyle Watson Homes Inc. is Pensacola’s premiere builder that specializes in upscale custom homes and general renovations, including kitchens and baths. We pride ourselves in being a boutique-style, client-based company that caters to each customer’s unique needs.

His results are architecturally timeless homes that feature many elegant embellishments, such as custom millwork and cabinets, exotic flooring, and imported stone.
Kyle focuses on the quality and integrity of every exclusively designed and built home, whether it is a custom home or a much-loved current home that needs to be altered or expanded to meet your current and future desires.
Comprehensive customer care is just as important to us as exemplary craftsmanship. Our design process is a team effort, and our clients are integral parts of that team. We have preferred architects and home designers, and we can refer each client to an interior designer whom we consider best-suited for the type of project and the personality of the client. Good communication and proper planning throughout the building process ensure outcomes that are sources of pride and excitement for everyone involved.

THE BUILDER
Kyle’s experience in the building industry, which spans more than a quarter of a century, began in 1993 when he started working as an intern for Hawkins-Welwood Homes, a high-end homebuilder in the Dallas, Texas, area. By 1995, he was promoted to Project Manager, overseeing the construction of million- and multimillion-dollar custom homes in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the area. After experiencing much success, he began to realize his burgeoning interest in all aspects of the building process, so he decided to start his own company, Kyle Watson Homes, in 1999. Almost immediately, he garnered praises from peers and clients alike, as his clients watched him turn their dream homes into posh, well-constructed realities.
In 2004, he moved Kyle Watson Homes to Pensacola, Fla., his wife’s hometown. Once there, he again quickly earned a spot at the top of the high-end home market. He constantly demonstrates his ability to assemble teams of experts who work together with clients to execute sophisticated and technically challenging plans. He credits his success to his unwavering attention to detail and ability to work well with clients in order to exceed their high expectations.
Kyle’s hobbies include working out, gardening, boating, and cooking. His love of the latter has helped him to understand what homeowners want and need when cooking for family members and entertaining guests. His wife, Amy, is a successful dermatologist, and they enjoy spending downtime with their two teenage daughters.
